This past Saturday marked a very special milestone for Niklas Group!!
It was the official ground- breaking at our Casel site at 1901 24 St SW!!
The weather was cool, however the coffee & hot chocolate kept everyone warm and a great time was had by all!! Casel purchasers, prospective purchasers, friends, colleaugues and Niklas Group staff joined together to celebrate this glorious occasion. Purchasers got the opportunity to ride the "Snorkle Lift" to the height of their future unit. This gave them the opportunity to view their fantastic future city & mountain views! Thanks to everyone who came out. We are all very excited to watch as this glorious, highly anticipated project comes to life!!
