“In The fall of 2007, my husband and I found ourselves in the position of searching for a home that would meet our many varied needs. We were interested in a contemporary home that would afford us access to the amenities of the city, while at the same time providing a versatile and functional living space.

We were initially drawn to the Niklas Group’s show homes because of the curb appeal of the buildings and when we ventured inside we were very impressed with the level of finish, and the features offered. We ultimately decided to purchase a home in the Cerulean project for a number of different reasons. The building itself is beautiful, and the location is truly ideal. The space is functional, and the floor plan is perfect for our needs. The finishing of the unit is sleek and contemporary, with an attention to detail that sets it apart from many of the other homes that we looked at.

Although the fall of 2007 marked the beginning of some very difficult economic times, the care and customer service that we received from the Niklas Group allowed us to remain invested in the project. We remained informed and involved throughout the building process, and we were very appreciative of the communication and access that we had with the owners of the company. We were also provided with opportunities to talk with the interior designer and site manager on the project, which put our minds at ease and allowed us to feel as though we were part of the building process.

"After moving from Toronto in November of 2007 we purchased our first Niklas Group home. The home offered as standard, many features that would be considered upgrades in most new developments, with fixtures and finishes that were superior to anything else we viewed. We loved the contemporary style and architecture of the home. It was not quite completed before we travelled south for the winter, but the developers were extremely accommodating by working with us via e-mail and phone to complete the home to our requirements.

When we returned in April 2008, all our expectations had been met, and any small discrepancies were attended to in a reasonable and pleasant manor. Now we are downsizing again, and looking forward to moving into the Niklas Group's condo project CASEL. It also, meets our desire for an out of the ordinary and spectacular residence. Again, we have had a wonderful experience dealing with the Sale's Centre and developers at Niklas Group."
